Ms. ROSELINE

Ms. Roseline assumes a central role within the Nora Solomon Foundation, serving as a core team member and the lynchpin when it comes to documentation. She handles all aspects of documentation with meticulous care, overseeing contracts, organizational details, and information pertaining to both ongoing and past projects. Her comprehensive knowledge encompasses the entirety of our projects, spanning from historical endeavors to our current initiatives. This wealth of knowledge renders her an invaluable asset to our team.

 

Ms. Roseline's unwavering commitment and keen attention to detail ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of our records, thereby contributing significantly to the overall success and transparency of our organization.

MS ANCHAL AHUJA

Ms. Aanchal Kapoor serves as the Director of Programs, playing a pivotal role in managing and overseeing both short-term and long-term projects within the Corporate Social Responsibility framework of the Nora Solomon Foundation.

 

Under her adept leadership, the Nora Solomon Foundation has made significant strides in the fields of education, special education in schools, and healthcare. Since 2015, the foundation has been providing essential financial support to 12 Hill Schools in Uttarakhand. Furthermore, Ms. Kapoor has been instrumental in securing financial aid for the construction of a new block dedicated to classes 6-8 at the Ashalata Victoria Wilkinson School in Bhatti Mines, Sanjay Gandhi Colony.

 

In April 2023, she successfully launched a Skill Development Center in Sector 106, Gurgaon, catering to the low-income demographic in the surrounding areas. Her vision is to empower individuals with valuable skills, enabling them to secure a livelihood and improve their quality of life.

MS. JOSPHIN SINGH

Within the Nora Solomon Foundation, Ms. Josphin Singh serves as the Executive Director of Programs and occupies a central and indispensable role in our organization. Her unwavering dedication to advancing women's human rights and promoting gender equality makes her a cornerstone of our mission.

 

Ms. Singh's educational journey includes earning a B.Com and M.S.W. degree from HNB Garhwal University, Uttarakhand. With more than 8 years of experience, she has been a tireless advocate for the rights of women and girls, irrespective of their diverse backgrounds. Her career path has taken her through the role of Programme Manager at RLEK, Dehradun, where she honed her expertise in organizational management and development. She also became proficient in resource mobilization, with a special focus on local fundraising and communication.

 

Ms. Singh's extensive network encompasses numerous women's rights organizations and human rights NGOs/INGOs in the East Asian region. Recognized as a prominent human rights and women's activist, she passionately champions the rights of marginalized communities. Actively engaged in the women's movement, she collaborates with national and regional coalitions/networks dedicated to advancing women's rights. Her impact extends even further through her insightful contributions to national dailies.

 

In her role as the Executive Director of Programs, Ms. Josphin Singh plays a pivotal and proactive role in driving the Nora Solomon Foundation's mission forward. Her commitment is to empower individuals by imparting skills, knowledge, and education that enhance their employability and overall quality of life.

Mr. MARK CLIVE

Mark Clive brings over three decades of extensive experience to his role as a consultant for the Nora Solomon Foundation. With a background spanning education, training, social development, and community empowerment, Mark has dedicated his career to addressing the needs of marginalized individuals, particularly women, by providing them with essential skills training and counseling support.

 

As a seasoned philanthropist and management expert, Mark specializes in management sustainability and project management, leveraging his expertise to drive positive change in various sectors. Previously serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of YMCA, an esteemed international voluntary movement, Mark played a pivotal role in promoting social and human development through education, social engagement, intellectual stimulation, physical activity, and spiritual growth, with a focus on empowering young people and communities.

 

Throughout his career, Mark has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills in overseeing the development and management of educational institutions at both the school and post-graduate levels. He has also been actively involved in managing non-governmental organizations (NGOs), corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects, church institutions, and other community initiatives, contributing to their growth and sustainability.

 

With his wealth of experience and dedication to social causes, Mark Clive continues to make a meaningful impact in the field of education and community development, embodying the values of the Nora Solomon Foundation and furthering its mission to empower individuals and promote positive social change.
